FFM 64 series intelligentized metal tube rotameter is a variable area flowmeter which is developed by Floworld (U.S.) on the strength of the latest patented technology. It is a variable area flowmeter commonly employed in the industrial automated detection. It is characterized by small volume, large detection range and easy application. It is used for measuring the flow of liquid, gas and steam. The caliber ranges from DN15 to DN 200. The precision is graded at 1.5. It is quite suitable for the measurement on the flow of the media of low rate and small amount as well as that of the high-temperature, high-pressure, non-transparent and corrosive media.

Intelligentized remote transmission flowmeter is equipped with the functions of calibration through setting multiple parameters, data recovery and power-off protection.
 

The application of FFM 64 intelligentized metal tube rotameter：
 Suitable for the measurement on the flow of the small caliber and low speed medium.
Applicable to the measurement on the flow of the media with low Reynolds number.
Relatively small damage due to the pressing
Simple structure, reliable performance, little maintenance and long service life.
Less strict requirements on the upstream straight tube
Relatively wide ratio of range: 10:1
Single axial sensitive indication
Non-contact coupling drive structure that can ensure the stability in displacement transmission
Intelligentized KVD transducers fall into two categories: field display and intelligentized remote transmission. It has the function of displaying on line the instantaneous flow and aggregate flow in two lines on the LCD. It can set up parameters and recover data while power is off.
Intrinsically safe and explosion suppression are available. It is applicable to the occasions where inflammation and explosion are likely to happen.
Protection degree: IP65
