| FFM 63 intelligentized vortex flowmeter is a stress
mode vortext flowmeter developed in the principle of Karman vortex
street. The flowmeter is characterized by large SNR (signal-noise
ratio), high sensitivity and strong vibration resistance. The signal
circuit adopts the SCM technology to process data. CPU, storage
unit, display unit, communication unit and other function modules
are sealed inside the amplifying circuit. The flowmeter is of RS485
communication function, quite stable zero and precision, with the
caliber ranging from DN25 to DN300. The flowmeter is widely applied
to measuring the volume, flow and weight of superheated steam, saturated
steam, compressed air, common air and liquid. |

Technical advantages of FFM63 intelligentized
vortex flowmeter:
The advanced NC equipment is used for machining the surface and
vortex generator of the sensor to ensure the processing precision
and make the parts serve more general purposes. In this way the
repeatability and precision of the sensor won’t be affected in the
event of the replacement of parts. In addition, the powerful and
stable vortex signal can be generated.
The radiator of the vortext shedding flowmeter is laid horizontally.
In contrast to the flowmeter with the vertically laid radiator,
the flowmeter will transmit the least heat to the amplifying area.
Besides, the radiation area is large and heat is transferred faster,
which can contribute to the higher reliability and longer service
life of the sensor.
Through the long-term analyses of the waveform and frequency spectrum
of the vortex flowmeter, the company has designed the optimal probe,
wall thickness, height, the diameter of the probe rod and the corresponding
piezoelectric crystal. The advanced NC lathe is used for processing
to ensure the precision in terms of co-axiality and smoothness.
